The now 65-year-old was spotted combing his long luxurious hair while waiting in his car, his nails free of the bright pink paint, before heading into the gathering made up of his many children.
The former Olympian wore dark sunglasses as he groomed himself while wearing a black polo shirt.
Seen arriving to the lunch were his many daughters, including Kendall and Kylie, who arrived in smart outfits.
The Jenner girls were followed closely by Khloe, Kourtney, and Kim, who carried a note with Bruce's name scrolled across it with a heart shape - clearly a memento to mark his landmark birthday.
Bruce was spotted the day before stealing a smoke in his car while sporting hot pink nail polish as he rang in the landmark by himself in Malibu, California.
It appeared that the Jenner patriarch was enjoying a solo day of pampering in the quiet beach community.
With his hot pink nails and cheeky cigarette, he looked to be in full relaxation mode.
And perhaps the former Olympian was in a nostalgic mood as he also was spotted wearing his wedding band, despite his estranged wife Kris Jenner filing for divorce back in September.
Looking a bit solemn earlier that same day, the handsome man carried a to-go cup of coffee as he looked smart in what is normally his golf attire.
Wearing chinos, white trainers, and a polo shirt tucked into his waistband Bruce was looking slim and sharp.
Protecting his skin from the sun was a snap back cap and dark sunglasses as he pulled his shoulder length hair back into a tight ponytail.
The reality star has previously been alleged to be seeking gender reassignment treatment with a preference to be named 'Brigitte.'
Other reports have suggested that Bruce has become so desperate to recapture his Olympian youth that he's become addicted to plastic surgery.
Since his split with wife Kris Jenner last autumn, Bruce moved to Malibu, bought a Harley Davidson and started wearing a ponytail.
